So I am wondering if anyone has tried to develop a flow with these steps in mind: Open the report URL in Google Data Studio with a particular date range; Use the Chrome plug-in to export the report pages in a single PDF; Save the report on a cloud solution eg.
Nimantha 5, 5 5 gold badges 18 18 silver badges 48 48 bronze badges. I'm curious about why you want to email the PDF. Why not just share the link to the Data Studio dashboard?
Good question. I guess it is a combination of client habit and convenience. Sharing the link is OK, but the biggest problem is that they need to login to google account. Another problem is the date range and the need to tell them to adjust the range, an option here would be to somehow "fix" the date range when sending out a monthly report. If you have a single page report, jump to Step 5 and you're done! If you have a multiple-page report, keep reading. This step is important because it will allow us to bring your reports into one file by binding them together. Pictured above are two reports that we want to bind together. We will grab one page and drop it into the other Preview window.
