I dont think its a problem with a tracker error like it says in the faq because when i restart utorrent. I'd like to jump in here because I've had something similar, although I just updated to 1. If saying that he has a red arrow down isn't stating the tracker status, then how is that status found? So when I see "tracker status: offline timed out ", that means that the tracker is down or just gone?
I've not been able to get this file for weeks, even though supposedly there are peers that uTorrent sees. Does that mean that I keep using the IP addresses of people in the swarm, but can't find any new people until the tracker comes back up? OK, now I have another question.

It used to be green with the same settings. Well, I notice when i try to download something off LimeWire or Shareza, it doesnt connect, so maybe its my connection? Your modem itself may even have a mini-router or firewall in it that needs to be configured or disabled. You're not successfully connecting to any peers or seeds by the looks of the screenshots Have you tried Ultima's troubleshooting guides?
